This excellent millet groats can be included in preparing your favourite dishes. It goes well with both sweet and salty dishes. Millet groats replaces other types of cereal, pasta or rice. It does not contain gluten.
Put 5 tablespoons of millet groats in a saucepan, pour 300 ml of hot water over them and cook until soft, 15 minutes or until all the water is evaporated. At the end of cooking, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or unrefined sugar.
Millet groats with raspberries is especially delicious when we add ground sesame seeds.
